Important: Liven is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. We coordinate with vetted legal professionals and remain present in meetings to ensure clarity and action.

9. Fees and Payment

Our advisory services operate on a two-stage fee structure:

While we provide professional advisory services, please note:

• Property market conditions can change; past performance does not guarantee future results
• Final decisions regarding property purchases remain your responsibility
• We coordinate with but do not replace legal counsel, technical inspectors, or other professionals
